My Specialities

Hi, I’m Jacqueline.

Here we honor your humanness, not as something to overcome, but as something sacred.

I see you. You’ve carried so much for so long.

Pain, anxiety, fear, and exhaustion don’t have to define your story. You are not broken, and you don’t have to walk this path alone.

Here’s what I bring to our work together:

  • Deep respect for your lived experience

  • A nervous system-informed, scientific mindbody approach

  • Personal understanding of chronic pain and emotional healing

  • A calm, compassionate space to reconnect with your inner wisdom

  • A therapeutic relationship built on trust, safety, and attunement

Take a breath. You are safe here. Let’s walk this path together.

Your Pain Is Real

Treating chronic pain, anxiety, and depression effectively involves an integrative approach. Research shows that treating chronic pain, anxiety, and depression can be treated in a way that honors both mind and body, brain and nervous system.

The mind and body are interconnected. Emotional and psychological factors can create very real physical somatic symptoms.

There is a relationship between stress and symptoms. Understanding this connection can open the door to true healing and symptom relief.

A new breakthrough in pain science is changing the way we treat chronic conditions. By understanding TMS (Tension Myositis Syndrome) and neuroplastic symptoms, we’re shifting the way we view and treat chronic physical and mental health conditions.

There is hope. Neuroscience shows us that relief is possible, not just managing symptoms, but unlearning them.

  • Sometimes we feel things with our heart, and sometimes we feel things in our body—they are literally interchangeable.

  • The brain learns pain, anxiety, and depression—and just as it learns them, it can also unlearn them.

How I Can Help

How it Works

Beginning is quiet bravery. Not loud. Not certain. Just a quiet yes that says: I’m ready to feel something shift.

1

Reach Out

If something about this space feels right—familiar, safe, or simply less heavy—reach out when the weight feels ready to be shared.

2

Let’s Connect

We’ll connect briefly by phone to explore your needs and get a sense of whether this space feels safe, steady, and aligned for your next step.

3

Begin With Care

If it feels like the next right step, we’ll begin gently. At your pace, with care for your nervous system and your story.

When we give ourselves compassion, we are opening our hearts in a way that can transform our lives.
— Kristin Neff

In this moment, you are stronger and more resilient than you think.

Every intentional breath, every act of self-kindness, every small step forward—it all matters. Be gentle with yourself. You are not meant to carry everything alone. It’s okay to ask for help, and I’m so glad you’re here.
